Manicure Course
A manicure course is the foundation of every successful nail technicians’ training. Our 3-day course provides you with essential skills and knowledge that will remain with you throughout your career. Using OPI products, which have been developed to protect the integrity of the natural nail, this training will allow you to offer your clients the ultimate in hand and nail care.
you will learn:
- Structure of the nail and Physiology & Anatomy of the hand & arm
- Full client consultation
- Salon hygiene, COSHH and sanitation
- Contraindications – diseases and disorders
- Manicuring basics – nail shaping, cuticle work, massage procedures and lacquer application
- How to apply these skills to a step-by-step Replenishing Manicure procedure using the Avoplex range of products
- Full OPI natural nail care product knowledge
- Industry background information
- Business hints and tips
- Retailing and link-selling skills
you will need:
- To compile a portfolio of written and photographic evidence of treatments
- To complete a written exam and practical assessment
duration:
- 3 day course over a 4 week period
- 9.45am - 4.30pm daily

- £410.00 + VAT including kit & 12 months Professional Indemnity insurance
